**About Our Client**:
This established organisation within the higher education sector is seeking a full time Customer Service Advisor to join the enquiries team. The organisation prides themselves on their high levels of service and their presence within the local community.

As a Customer Service Advisor you will:

- Act as a first point of contact for external customers, dealing with high volumes of inbound calls
- Be expected to work in line with enquiry management targets, service level agreements and quality standards
- Liaise with various internal departments to collate accurate information to assist with customer enquiries
- Track and manage customer enquiries to ensure they are resolved and closed off in a timely manner
- Assist with complaints where needed or escalate customer complaints when applicable
- Ensure customer information is stored accurately in line with GDPR regulations

**The Successful Applicant**:
The successful Customer Service Advisor will have:

- Previous experience in a role handling high volumes of calls from customers
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a friendly and polite telephone manner
- IT efficient, be able to use Microsoft Office effectively
- Experience of using a CRM system would be desirable for this role
- Be a pro-active individual, this is a busy role that requires someone that can juggle and prioritise work effectively
