The post holder will be responsible for leading and managing the Digital Care Hub activities associated with implementation of new Immedicare contracts. They will act as first point of contact for the Digital Care Hub during the implementation of new business nationwide ensuring smooth transition into business as usual. The role will be responsible for SystmOne configuration and the integration of SystmOne with other ePRs in use across the Immedicare estate.

- Lead Trust representative in the Immedicare Implementation Team to ensure the smooth mobilisation and transition to business as usual of new contracts.
- Attend new contract mobilisation meetings with new customers as the lead Trust representative in the Immedicare Implementation Team
- Work with a wide range of stakeholders during the implementation of new business these will include; the wider Immedicare team (sales, relationship management, contract management, IG and tech teams), commissioners (ICB and Place leads) primary care and community service representatives, Informatics teams etc.
- Provide regular updates (highlight reports) on progress against plan of implementation activities
- Responsible for the configuration of SystmOne for new and existing contracts, enabling access to clinical records and clinical messaging communications for the clinical team. This will include: - set up and test alerts via MESH or NHS Mail for all new GP Practices and other services where required
- lead on behalf of the Trust and Immedicare on the direct integration of ePRs with the Digital Care Hub SystmOne unit
- Liaise directly with TPP to ensure seamless configuration
- Ensure all SystmOne GP practices include Immedicare on their whitelist
- Configuration and ongoing management of the Directory of Services for new and existing Immedicare contracts.

Main Duties
- Lead Trust representative in the Immedicare Implementation Team to ensure the smooth mobilisation and transition to business as usual of new contracts.

- Liaise with the Primary Care, Digital Care Hub Manager, Airedale IT and TPP to resolve workflow issues
- Weekly SystmOne housekeeping e.g. RIPs, address changes, GP changes, no activity in last 12 months etc. to maintain optimisation of the ePR
- Produce SystmOne housekeeping reports and audits in compliance with Immedicare and the Trust’s Information Governance protocols.
- Support the team by acting as a technical adviser and liaison between the Digital Care Hub and the Trust’s Central SystmOne Admin team to support the development of SystmOne templates and other functionality to meet the future needs of the Immedicare service
- Maintain SystmOne templates in collaboration with Clinical and IT Services
- Set up new access and train new and existing staff on digital platforms used by the Immedicare service in the Digital Care Hub i.e., Finesse/Jabber/Netcall
- Monitor and liaise with the relationship managers, commissioners, and care homes to populate and manage the feedback log.
- Manage the production and submission of all contractual quarterly quality and safety reports in line with defined data standards to meet contractual deadlines.
