**Administrator Childrens Services - Wakefield Council - Based in Havertop Police Station**

As **an Administrator** you will be undertaking various different administration and clerical task which will need to be delivered to high standards.

**Duties**:

- Scanning and photocopying documents
- Filing documents onto the electronic database
- Minute Taking
- Interpret and analyse data on the in-house systems
- Design spreadsheets and use Excel functions
- Ability to communicate effectively within a fast paced environment
- Excellent IT skills and experience of MS Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- To liaise effectively with outside bodies and other council staff as and when required

**Requirements**:

- Intermediate to advanced skills on MS Excel
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work as part of a team in a flexible manner
- Experience working in an Administrative Officer - Children's Services in the Admin and Secretarial industry.
