Luxury Sales Specialist

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Customer Service**:
- Provide expert advice on luxury items, ensuring a personalized and memorable shopping experience.
- Address and resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
2. **Sales and Business Development**:
- Develop and implement strategies to attract new customers.
- Identify and target potential markets for luxury items.
- Build and maintain relationships with high-end clients and stakeholders.
- Have extensive knowledge and connections for suppliers and manufacturers.
- Track and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement.
3. **Marketing and Promotion**:
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns tailored to the luxury market.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content and promotional materials.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to refine marketing strategies.
4. **Administrative Duties**:
- Manage sales records and customer databases.
- Prepare reports on sales metrics and customer feedback.
- Assist in the planning and execution of luxury events and exhibitions.
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- **Experience**: Minimum 2-5 years of experience in luxury sales.
- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- **Customer Service**: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- **Sales Acumen**: Proven ability to close sales and achieve targets.
- **Marketing Skills**: Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.
- **Business Development**: Ability to identify new business opportunities and drive growth.
- **Product Knowledge**: In-depth knowledge of luxury brands and products.
- **Technology Proficiency**: Familiarity with Magento, CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- **Licenses/Certifications**: any relevant certifications in sales or marketing are a plus.

**Salary: Salary based on skills and experience. Bonus evaluation every 6 months ( June and December) dependent upon your performance at work.**
**Must wear formal office attire (uniform allowance £800 per year) **
**Personal phones must not be used for any purpose during working hours, only allowed to be used during lunchtime (no snacking during the working hours)**
**Working Hours Shifts: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday (08:30 - 17:30), 1-hour lunch break**

Pay: £30,000.00-£50,000.00 per year
