A fantastic opportunity is now available for an **experienced**Healthcare Assistant (HCA) **to join a leading national charity as a **Team Lead HCA, **where you can support the wellbeing of disabled people and their carers through an innovative, unconventional approach to respite care

At their purpose-built centre, the charity is committed to offering disabled people, their carers, and their loved ones proper holidays where they can have some amazing experiences, make lasting memories, and fully relax in a place that understands - offering full-board hospitality, live entertainment, and a variety of excursions for an exciting and fulfilling break from the norm.

As a Team Lead HCA, you will be heading up a small team of healthcare assistants to support delivery of exceptional care to every guest, co-ordinating care activities and getting involved in clinical tasks (such as administering medication) so that they can truly make the most of their holiday experience.

This is a **permanent, full-time** position (37.5h) for a Team Lead HCA with a mixed rota_._

**Person specification**:
You **_must_** have experience caring for people who are vulnerable or who have disabilities.

You **_must_** be organised and able to work well within a team - leadership/management training will be provided.
