**Salary**: circa £55,000

Concept IT are currently recruiting for an experienced Test Lead on behalf of our client, an international food company. The successful Test Lead will be responsible for the creation and execution of testing standards, policies and procedures across allproject lifecycle phases.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage, monitor and motivate the cross function team assigned to the testing and/or projects and instil professionalism
- Manage expectations of both customers and team members
- Liaise with all other departments to ensure good communication and direction is maintained.
- Produce site acceptance and integration test plans in accordance with standards as agreed with Project Managers
- Ensure that all phases of testing are integrated and that full coverage is achieved
- Manage 3rd party testing organizations, when used.
- Define the deliverables, resource requirements and work plan for the project
- Estimate and plan projects from start to finish with built in contingencies
- Ensure projects meet industry quality standards
- Ensure testing policies are agile and align to future strategies

**Personal Skills**
- Good understanding of testing techniques and processes, including practical testing experience
- Proven experience of interacting directly with end users
- Good influencing skills
- End to end experience of the project lifecycle
- Ability to motivate colleagues and team members to meet tight deadlines
- Takes ownership and drives results
- Pro-active & Professional attitude

**Desirable**
- Experience of FMGC/CPD environment

**Technical Skills**

**Essential**
- Good understanding of project methodologies (e.g.PRINCE2 or equivalent)
- Good knowledge of MS Project and project planning

**Desirable**

- ITIL Foundation Completed
- ISEB Foundation certificate in software testing or higher (or equivalent)
