**Sales - Trainee Recruitment Consultants needed**

**Salary**:£23k + uncapped commission (£35-45k 1st year OTE, £65k 2nd year, £85k+ 3rd year)

As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant with them you will cover a niche market and as such they will give you the best training in the industry to enable you to be as effective a recruiter as possible. **What are the requirements for the role of Trainee Recruitment Consultant?**

*Must be able to sell

*6- 12months industry experience in a sales environment

*Previous Recruitment Experience of up to 12 months would be preferable but is not essential

*Energetic and personable character with ability to build rapport over the phone

*Ambitious with a competitive nature and entrepreneurial flair

*Track record of success in sales, academics, sports or extracurricular activities

*Must be resilient and have strong examples of resilience
