**Responsibilities**
- Reporting to the Duty Officer, the Ramp Allocator is responsible for managing the day to day allocation of ramp staff to ensure all inbound and outbound flights have the required resource.
- Ensuring the highest delivery of services to customer airlines is consistent, professional, safe, and secure.
- Pro-activate allocation of resources and reactive to changes causes by disruption to flight schedules.
- Working alongside all departments to ensure timely information is recorded/reported.
- Complete delay reports and any incident accident reports.

**Person Specification**
- Proven ability to work in a high-pressured environment.
- Fluent in English - written and spoken.
- Meticulous attention to detail.
- Aptitude for working with various information technology systems.
- Excellent communicator at all levels.
- Well organised and a lateral thinker.
- Full driving licence required.
- Experience of all aspects of ramp operations.
- Previous experience in an allocator role is essential.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £18.10 per hour
