We are looking for a Support Worker who shares our values in treating people with dignity and respect. You will be supporting 3 individuals to lead full and active lives and promote independence and choice in Exeter.

There will be a level of personal care and encouragement, assisting with household chores, shopping, cooking, supporting with medication and you will be required to complete care records. Most of your day, however will be supporting in activities, accessing the local community and day trips, planned alongside our clients. Our clients share one 3 bedroomed house in the Mount Pleasant area of Exeter

You will be lone working so you should be used to running a home and use your own initiative. You will have lots of support remotely when required and robust training and shadowing.

We work 10am to 10pm, a sleep in, paid at £67.50 (a total of £225 per 24 hour shift), then 7am to 10am. You will be required to work 1 shift per week. We currently have weekend staff so only holidays and sickness will need to be covered at the weekend. Additional shifts may become available to cover sickness and holidays.

We will consider what day you wish to work and have a flexible attitude to requested time off.

COVID-19 considerations:
All staff are required to wear a face mask when supporting individuals, have excellent hand hygiene and regularly sanitise surfaces throughout their shift.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Exeter: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Care: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- QCF level 2 in Health and Social Care or equivalent (required)

- United Kingdom (required)
