One part-time position is available, working Monday - Friday, four hours per day. The exact hours will be mutually agreed and fixed in advance, ensuring they fall between 8.30 am - 6 pm.

The salary offered is £11,000 per annum (£22,000 FTE based on 40 hours per week). Working hours would be 1040 per annum.

**Whilst the position is home-based, you should live in Oxfordshire, Hampshire, Berkshire or Surrey so that it is easy to attend in-person training and in-person meetings (currently held every quarter).**

Required skills:

- At least 2 years of experience working from home
- At least 2 years of recruitment experience
- Fluency in English - both verbal and written
- Exceptional understanding of grammar
- Excellent administrational, attention to detail and data entry skills
- A thorough understanding of The Equality Act 2010, The Data Protection Act 2018 and General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
- Tech Savvy - working remotely means that we rely on technology a lot, we are also a ‘PropTech’ company

Things to consider:
We operate a Bring Your Own Device to work policy for all employees meaning that you will need your own laptop and must have high-speed broadband. You will also need to have your own Office Set-up at home which is free from distractions and noise.
