A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Finance Manager to join a successful Financial Services company based in Windsor on a 9-month fixed term contract. This role offers excellent benefits including a highly competitive pension and bonus scheme.

**Responsibilities**:

- Produce financial analysis and reports to support management & statutory accounting including assisting preparation of forecasts/budgets and cash flows.
- Oversee and approve accruals and prepayments posting to the Nominal Ledger.
- Manage inter-company transactions including calculation of management charges.
- Control the Year End audit and interim review file preparation process for each company and ensures accurate and complete schedules.
- Responsible for operational aspects of electronic banking platform and liaising with bank on banking solutions.
- Manages the group bank accounts and cash flows
- Manages the cashbook function
- Run monthly UK, US, Swiss and Dutch pay rolls.
- Completes year end returns for payroll.
- Calculates and transfers the company pension contributions and manages the relationship with the pension provider.
- Supervise day to day activity

**Requirements**:

- Qualified Accountant ACA / ACCA / ACMA
- Experience in a similar role (preferably within financial services)
