We host amazing parties, events and festivals for families with young children... and we're looking for enthusiastic and energetic people to join our award nominated team Want to earn GREAT MONEY with fun and creative work performing, hosting, entertaining and making people smile all year round? This is a flexible role that works around your availability and other commitments... We can supply work 52 weeks of the year but you'll have no fixed times/days -just tell us what days you can work and we'll give you events/parties on those days. Naturally most work is available at weekends. You'll need your own vehicle to get to events with small amount of equipment. This year we have performed at festivals alongside McFly, Sophie Ellis Bextor, Five, Scouting for Girls and more. We have supplied to large events such as the Bristol Balloon Fiesta and hosted the biggest firework and Christmas light switch ons in the area. So what you waiting for? Come join the fun and get paid great money to party. You'll be creating lifelong memories for families and children during celebration events such as Birthday parties and Festivals. Setting up and operating equipment, managing the client and delivering a five star party every time. Please note you must have a UK valid driving license and your own vehicle for travelling to and from events and parties with equipment. Outcomes 1. Consistently deliver a five star kids disco party in line with the Party Peeps systems manual and training. a. Follow a structure and formula whilst delivering a personable experience with enthusiasm and bags of energy. b. Setup and pack down disco equipment single handedly in time for the party to begin. c. Withhold a UK valid driving license and appropriate vehicle to travel and transport kit between parties. 2. Deliver excellent customer service to gain regular five star reviews. a. Good organisation and communication skills in the run up to the party. b. Quickly build a fun and friendly rapport with the customer and the children. c. Able to deal with any arising issues decisively and implement solutions. 3. Never let down a single customer, ever. a. Organised with impeccable time management. b. Reliable and trustworthy with an excellent attendance record. 4. Manage own diary, insurances, vehicle and tax records.
