**Faculty Coordinators required**
Activate Learning are now looking for Faculty Coordinators at our Oxford, Berkshire and Blackbird Leys Campuses.
As a Faculty Coordinator, your role would include a variety of duties including supporting your faculty with registers, timetables, communications with parents and students and the delivery of study programmes as well as assisting with coordinating student interviews and assessments.
You will be fully embedded within the department and would be responsible for organising student files as well as helping to plan the working of the faculty with directors for the academic year’s cycle of business/ work for teachers. This would include supporting timetabling and the preparation and upkeep of registers, and helping organise faculty open days, award ceremonies and more.
This is a permanent, full time role working 37 hours per week. Part time/job share will also be considered. Travel between campuses may be required at times.
