**Principal Purpose of the Job**:
The role holder will be part of the on-going CDD Project. The purpose of this project is to purpose build and implement a new '**Client Management Tool**’. The aim of this project is to design a new internal client management tool, which willreplace the existing KYC tool, which is provided by an external service provider. This project is spread into different phases and the role holder should anticipate involvement in all phases of the project.

Some of the key responsibilities of the role holder will be to review project templates, data gathering, product Testing, data migration, and managing Project Plans, Communications, Status Reports, Project Initiation Documents, Functional Specification Documentetc.

1. Understand the current Client Due Diligence end-to-end process (for both Wholesale and Retail Banking) of:

- New Client On-boarding;
- Periodic Reviews;
- Event Driven Reviews;
- Client Risk Assessment and Rating methodology;
- GoldTier system (KYC Workflow system);
- WorldCheck;
- Dow Jones; and
- Google Screening.

2. Support the project team with the implementation of new **'client management’** workflow tool in line with the approved 'Functional Specification Document’; primarily in testing, quality control and project communications;
3. Assist in drafting desktop procedures /manuals and training material of the new system;
4. Covering a range of project-based documentation ranging from, but not limited to Business Cases/Memos, Project Plans, Communication Plans, Status Reports, Project Initiation Documents, Functional Specification Document and Requirements Gathering;
5. Collaborate with relevant stakeholders with the delivery of project objectives, targets and goals in regards to implementation of new Client management workflow system;
6. Managing the test data by documenting the results of each test cycle to identify flaws;
7. Running **system testing, diagnostics** and presenting the information to the relevant project team;
8. Interacting with the development/validation team and ensuring that effective communication takes place;
9. Monitor change control process and obtain agreement to any revisions to the project from relevant project stakeholders;
10. Produce and submit regular MI and Project status reports to the direct line management;
**The Skills You'll Need to Succeed**:

- Mandarin and English fluen;
- Preferably, experience in business process management (techniques and procedures) including workflows and process mapping;
- Good knowledge in CDD/KYC process and related systems and/or tools;
- Implementation of KYC workflow system and tool; ideally, GoldTier, World Check, Lexis Nexis or similar;
- An understanding of entity organisational structures and experience in CDD/KYC end-to-end process;
- CDD/KYC/Financial Crime Prevention related certification preferred;
- Business analysis, process design/re-design, requirements gathering and analysis;
- The ability to track and write articulate reports on technical assessments;
- Knowledge of software development and implementation.
