Unleash your culinary passion in a role that stands out We're seeking a dedicated Catering Assistant for our bustling Deeside cafe, where we pride ourselves on crafting exceptional homemade dishes using the finest organic ingredients.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Craft delectable homemade dishes through collaborative food preparation and simple cooking tasks
- Ensure precise portion control when serving meals
- Extend courteous and friendly service to customers
- Operate the till and handle cash or utilize cashless systems
- Maintain pristine cleanliness in the kitchen, including utensils, crockery, and surrounding areas
- Skillfully operate kitchen equipment, including the dishwashing machine
- Uphold impeccable hygiene standards for kitchen surfaces, walls, floors, and equipment
- Participate in the meticulous preparation of the dining area
- Adhere strictly to food hygiene and health and safety regulations
- Embrace and adapt to existing and evolving work practices
- Actively engage in unit sales promotions
- Encourage healthy eating choices among our customers
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Participate in training and development opportunities
- Provide dedicated support to the Head Chef to accomplish daily tasks
