Jim Gleeson is recruiting for a Senior Clinical Project Manager to join an exciting, clinical stage biotech in Oxford and support early phase Oncology clinical trials.
The role will be hybrid with two or three days in the office per week.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**:
As Senior Clinical Project Manager you will represent the company and work within an international environment to execute assigned projects and ensure their delivery matches the agreed scope and are conducted to required standards. Communicate and manage projectrisks around during project execution and convey risk and risk mitigation planning to senior management.
**Key duties will include**:

- Working with cross functional team contributing to the clinical development plan for assigned assets
- Identifying opportunities for process improvement, proposing solutions and supporting the implementation of approved changes.
- Participating in trend analysis of study and vendor performance to ensure optimal execution and delivery of the clinical development plan.
- In partnership with the assigned study medic, reviewing and reporting on acquired study data. Evaluating any data integrity/validity risks that may impact the clinical development plan.
- Study coordination; ensuring that clinical trials are conducted in accordance with ICH GxP, national legislation and national laws.
- Identifying, selecting and managing the performance of assigned CROs.
- Contribution to the development of study timelines, resources, budget, risk and quality plans.

**QUALIFICATIONS**:
As Senior Clinical Project Manager you will require:

- A life science degree
- Strong, industry based experience of the management of early phase Oncology trials
- Extensive experience of protocol development and contributions to clinical development planning
- Extensive proven ability of managing budgets, management of multiple projects and process improvement.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to prioritize assignments and deliver according to defined milestones.
