Clinical Project Manager

CK Clinical are recruiting for an Clinical Project Manager to join a highly innovative biotechnology company at their site based in Oxford on a contract basis for 6 months initially.
The role has been deemed to fall outside of IR35 so working options of Ltd Company, Umbrella and PAYE are all available.
This is a hybrid role and office-presence will be required at their Oxford site, ideally twice a week.

Our client is a highly innovative clinical-stage biotechnology company focused on developing novel therapies for the treatment of cancers.
**Rate**:
Per Day £500 (Ltd/ Umbrella)
**Responsibilities**:
- Working with cross functional team contributing to the clinical development plan for assigned assets
- Identifying opportunities for process improvement, proposing solutions and supporting the implementation of approved changes.
- Participating in trend analysis of study and vendor performance to ensure optimal execution and delivery of the clinical development plan.
- In partnership with the assigned study medic, reviewing and reporting on acquired study data. Evaluating any data integrity/validity risks that may impact the clinical development plan.
- Study coordination; ensuring that clinical trials are conducted in accordance with ICH GxP, national legislation and national laws.
- Identifying, selecting and managing the performance of assigned CROs.
- Contribution to the development of study timelines, resources, budget, risk and quality plans.
**As Senior Clinical Project Manager you will require**:
- A life science degree
- Strong, industry based experience of the management of early phase Oncology trials
- Experience with study close-out activities
- Extensive experience of protocol development and contributions to clinical development planning
- Extensive proven ability of managing budgets, management of multiple projects and process improvement.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to prioritize assignments and deliver according to defined milestones.
