Our amazing Video Technology client is looking for a Senior Account Manager to join their team,to oversee the end-to-end delivery of innovative client campaigns, growing client relationships and pro-actively supporting the company’s growth by identifyingnew opportunities and developing strategies/proposals across accounts.
**What the role involves**:
- Take the lead to support your dedicated client account’s marketing and communications strategies
- Understand customer requirements and needs to offer suitable and scalable solutions
- Producing proposals and presentations for customers to land new campaigns
- Conducting quarterly or bi-annual SWOT analysis across accounts to identify opportunities and threats to the accounts
- Promoting the expansion of business with existing clients through monthly or quarterly review meetings, as appropriate
- Liaising with clients at a senior level on a day-to-day basis to problem-solve and execute against large campaigns
- Working with other senior managers to generate new accounts and grow the portfolio
- Completing projects to a specific schedule and within an agreed budget using our project management software platform
- Work collaboratively with both the creative studio team and development team
- Ensuring issues are resolved in a timely manner and issue logs are created
- Using your skills to push clients, and the agency, creatively and strategically
- Monitoring client satisfaction post campaign and ensuring a high level of customer service
**What you need for the role**:
- 3+ years’ experience in client relationship management
- A background in advertising, digital communications or marketing
- The ability to plan and strategise at a senior level
- Experience working with development teams on digital projects
- Effective team management capabilities
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Strong commercial acumen - understanding commercial impact of activities and providing estimates to clients
- Solid understanding of budgeting and reporting on progress
- Knowledge of performance evaluation KPIs and metrics
