**Trainee Estate Agent - Residential Sales**

**Guildford, Surrey**

**Starting salary up to £18,000 per annum, depending on experience**

**PLUS uncapped commission scheme, OTE in first year approx £25,000 pa**

**5 days per week; Monday to Thursday, 8:45am to 6.30pm, Friday, 8:45am to 6:00pm, Saturday (on rota basis) 9:00am to 4:00pm.**

**The UK and London's leading Estate Agency, the Stirling Ackroyd Group are looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious person to join our successful residential sales team based in our flagship Guildford branch.**

**This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced sales-orientated person who is looking to start a career in property, as you will have coaching from an experienced and dedicated Director and will be continually supported by our Training & Developmentschemes to be the best agent you can be**

**Requirements**:
**The main role of an Estate Agent is to build a pipeline of residential property sales, acting in the interests of the buyer and / or seller, and providing guidance and advice to help the process complete efficiently and smoothly.**

**Duties will include;**:

- Negotiating the sales of residential properties in sufficient quantity to meet agreed performance targets
- Generating & completing a targeted number of viewings and market appraisals per week
- Converting viewings to offers
- Negotiating offers to complete the deals
- Progressing sales through to completion, working with our internal Sales Progression team
- Maintaining exceptional levels of customer service throughout the process
- Proven working experience in any sales roles, with a solid record of achieving & exceeding targets
- A basic understanding of the residential sales legislation, market trends and enjoys keeping up to date with industry news would be beneficial but is not essential
- Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong sales, negotiation and articulate communication skills
- Tenacious and resilient with a drive to succeed
- Pleasant and trustworthy manner
- MS Office familiarity, and IT literate
