Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position based in Guildford for a Property Manager. The Property Manager will manage rental property portfolios, acting as a key liaison between landlords and tenants. Daily tasks include managing maintenance requests, conducting inspections, handling tenancy agreements, ensuring compliance with legal regulations, and providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities also involve maintaining records, arranging repairs, addressing tenant concerns, and ensuring smooth property operations.
