Worth Recruiting – Property Industry Recruitment are seeking a cheerful and organised Junior Property Manager to join a respected and progressive residential lettings agency in Guildford. Some previous experience in lettings or customer service would be helpful.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop a career in the lettings industry and property management in particular.

You'll be joining a supportive and experienced team, managing a local property portfolio with full training and ongoing career progression available. 

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):

• Assist with managing a portfolio of residential rental properties let on ASTs
• Help coordinate property maintenance and repairs
• Liaise with tenants, landlords, and contractors to resolve day-to-day issues
• Support with tenancy renewals, deposit management, and property compliance
• Learn to prepare and serve legal notices (Section 21 and Section 8) when required
• Ensure safety certificates and compliance documents are kept up to date
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong working relationships
• Keep accurate records and stay organised in a busy, fast-paced environment 

What We're Looking For (Skills & Experience):

• Some experience in property, lettings, or customer service preferred
• Eager to learn and build a career in residential property management
• Highly organised, with good attention to detail
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• A confident, positive, and professional manner
• Knowledge of the local Guildford area beneficial
• Full UK driving licence essential; own car preferred
