VANRATH are recruiting on behalf of a well-established organisation based in **Holywood**, who are seeking an experienced **Maintenance Administrator** to join their team on a Permanent basis.

**Things to know about the job**
- Salary - £23,600 - £25,250
- 37.5 hours/week - 8.30am-4.30pm
- On site parking
- Permanent

**The Role**

**The Person**
- 2 years' experience as a helpdesk supervisor or similar role in facilities management, with a strong background in helpdesk operations and compliance administration.
- Proficiency in facilities management software (e.g., Symphony MIS, Eworks, Ostara, Omni ledger) is preferred but not essential
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
