**Purpose of / Responsibilities of the role**:
To answer customer calls promptly and in a professional manner. Ensuring you take ownership and secure the order and the customer feels valued and happy with the service offering.

**Skills / Experience**:** High level of accuracy, self motivated, able to multi task and offer a excellent level of customer service. 1 year of customer service experience,**
