As our People & Culture Apprentice, you’ll be right at the centre of everything we do to make this an incredible place to work, supporting the team that brings world-class talent on stage and behind the scenes. This is your chance to gain hands-on HR experience in a fast-paced, vibrant environment where no two days are ever the same.

**Responsibilities**:
You’ll help welcome new talent, keep our people connected, and ensure our culture is as unforgettable as the shows we put on. From coordinating job adverts and interviews to organising onboarding, wellbeing campaigns, and recognition schemes, you’ll be involved in every step of the employee journey.

One day you could be setting up for a careers fair, the next helping run assessment days or preparing contracts for new starters. You’ll also get stuck into our payroll and benefits processes, support training programmes, and work closely with teams across the venue, from security to food & beverage to help them thrive.

**Salary**:Up to £28,000 dependent on experience**

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
**What we’re looking for**

We’re looking for someone with curiosity, enthusiasm, and a genuine passion for people. You don’t need previous HR experience, just a willingness to learn, a proactive attitude, and the confidence to bring your ideas to the table. If you’re organised, a great communicator, and excited about the buzz of live events, we’ll give you all the training and support you need to succeed, along with a nationally recognised qualification.
