A market-leading packaging company is seeking a Quality Controller to join their team in Hampshire.

**Your new company**:
The aim for the business is to become the UK's number 1 supplier for any and all packaging requirements, across every market sector. All their products are bespoke and manufactured on-site in their purpose-built production facility. The company produces almost any form of polythene packaging including Shrink Film, Pallet Covers, Polythene Bags, Scaffold Wrap, and much more. Despite significant growth over two generations, the original emphasis on customer service has remained their primary objective.

**Your New Role**:

- As part of the Quality Team, you will supervise and coordinate work systems to ensure that the company meets the highest quality standards.
- Devising and establishing the company's quality procedures, standards, and specifications to make sure the products are meeting the level of quality and specification demanded by the customer and must investigate the root cause if the quality is not met and procure a solution.
- Defining quality procedures in conjunction with operating staff.
- Setting up and maintaining controls and documentation procedures.
- Monitoring performance by gathering relevant data and producing statistical reports.
- Supervising and coordinating work systems to ensure that the company meets the highest quality standards.

- Very good work ethic and timekeeping.
- Flexible to adapt to changing demands and conditions.
- Ideally have experience of working within a similar manufacturing environment, although those without previous experience would still be considered as training will be provided.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £29,300.00-£30,000.00 per hour
