Role & Responsibilities:

Diary Management: Coordinate with sales consultants to update appointments.

Communication Hub: Announcing deals to the Telemarketing Manager so they can update the Telemarketing Team.

Logistics & Planning: Ensuring all booked appointments have the correct travel time between them.

Quality Control: Listening to calls from the Telemarketing Team and ensuring they meet our high standards.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.).

Passion for delivering top-tier customer service.

Bonus If You Have

Experience in office administration.

A strong academic background.

Knowledge of the telecoms industry & sales processes.

What We Offer You

Competitive Salary: £24K per annum

28 Days Holiday (including bank holidays).

Monday - Friday Schedule – No weekend work
