**Production Supervisor**

**Your Mission**

**What you will do**
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the apple processing line.
- Ensure production targets are met while maintaining quality and safety standards.
- Monitor and optimise production processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
- Train, mentor, support and motivate production staff to achieve their best performance.
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of equipment to ensure smooth operations.
- Implement and enforce health and safety regulations.
- Maintain accurate production records and reports. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless workflow and communication.**What we expect from you**
- Proven experience as a Production Supervisor or similar role ideally in a food processing environment.
- Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and health and safety regulations.
- Excellent leadership and team supervision skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve production issues effectively.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication and numeracy skills.

- Rate of pay: £15.39 per hour.
- Working pattern: Monday - Friday, 40 hours per week, with the potential for overtime during peak production periods.
