**Position Summary**:
The Solutions Consultant will deliver healthcare software solutions in the Surgical Supply Chain, working with Customers and internal Operations teams. The role involves on site delivery of project work delivering software implementation and process changes to the management of medical device reprocessing to surgical cases. The role includes design process flows, training clinical and sterile services users, analysis data and recommending improvements.

The Solutions Consultant will partner with Business Analysis team in order to translate new requirements and product enhancements into working product features.

**Duties**:

- Work with customers to understand their business processes and inventory to prepare for the successful implementation of SynergyTrak
- Work with implementation and support teams on creation and maintenance of customer specific training materials and work closely with super users across the business to maximise and promote effective user adoption
- Consult with customers on implementation of new software versions and upgrades, requiring site visits to hospitals and training of staff and customers
- Support and manage operational improvement projects
- Deliver training on features within SynergyTrak to users across the business
- Manage the technical configuration of SynergyTrak including areas such as instrument setup, workflow management, security and permission sets, printer management and reporting
- Analyse, extract and display data to support improvement projects

- Proactively drive positive customer engagements delivering value enhancing software to existing customer facilities
- Display knowledge to advise on solutions for customer challenges through previous clinical experience
- Advising on best layout and efficient operating models for new customer facilities
- Display initiative and self-confidence, be adaptable and able to cope with changing and evolving priorities.
- Enthusiastic, inquisitive, effective problem solver and a proactive team player
- Project and influencing skills in addition to personal drive and results orientation
- Strong communication skills, able to deal professionally with people at all levels, managing technical and non technical audiences.
