_Float Host/Receptionist_**Float Hub has raised the level of float therapy in London, providing the perfect environment for customers to powerfully relax, refresh, and find focus. This is an exciting time to join at the ground level within an exciting growth industry, wherein you can transform lives on a daily basis. We're looking to add new hires to the team, for additional support introducing new services, with additional shifts possible during the week.
**The Role**
- Managing the shift alone or in team.
- Customer service.
- Handle membership enquiries, sales, bookings, rescheduling with a software.
- Ensure high levels of cleanliness & hygiene in float rooms
- Water checks and testing
- Restocking rooms
- Maintain Health & Safety standards in our float spa
- Reliable
- Flexible
- Able to cover more shifts in emergency ( also weekends)
- No afraid of getting his hands dirty (water)
**Ideal Skills**
- 1+ year of experience within a customer service environment
- Excellent communication & computer literacy standard
- Positive & proactive mindset
- **Experience in the wellness industry, Spa, Gyms, Health Clubs, Swimming Pools.**

**For this specific position wer won't consider people with no experience at all as the role might require to stay alone in store and work under pressure dealing with customers and maintenance of tanks and water and we require experienced people.**

Floating can have hugely positive effects on people from all walks of life. There will be a number of free floats per centre reserved for community benefit. Currently, these will be allocated for both emergency services workers (in response to recent reports of high stress & even PTSD in the sector), and those who take part in our volunteer program to support local mental health charities.
**Job Types**: Full - Time,
Permanent
Friday Saturday Sunday 3,30pm to 10 pm
**Salary**: £11 x hour.
We will give priority to people who love and understand float therapy and float regularly with us. You will have unlimited free float when employed.
Expected start date: Immediate
FREE FLOATS FOR ALL TEAM + Commissions.
