**The Opportunity**

**Float Hub is looking to raise the level of float therapy in London, providing the perfect environment for customers to powerfully relax, refresh, and find focus. We're looking to add new hires to the team, for additional support on both weekdays and weekends.

**The Role**
- As Float Host, you’ll be integral to our day to day operating, with chief responsibility for ensuring members & customers are as best prepare for their experience as can be
- Ensure delivery of world-class service to customers at all times, connecting with a calm, welcoming style
- Handle membership enquiries, sales, and renewals
- Embody our core values
- Maintain Health & Safety standards in our float spa
- Coordinate our community donations & local volunteer program

**Ideal Skills**
- 1+ year of experience within a customer service environment
- Excellent communication & computer literacy standards
- Positive & proactive mindset

**The Company**As much as we are looking to provide the perfect floating environment, with world-class service, equally as important is for us to have a positive impact on the lives of our customers, and local community. Floating can have hugely positive effects on people from all walks of life. There will be a number of free floats per centre reserved for community benefit. Currently, these will be allocated for both emergency services workers (in response to recent reports of high stress & even PTSD in the sector), and those who take part in our volunteer program to support local mental health charities.

**The positions available**:
Weekends (Sat, Sun)

Morning shifts: 8,30-3,30pm

Evening shifts: 3,30 - 10pm

Plus eventual open shifts available

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £10.00 per hour
