**RRG Customer Relationship Executive**

**Customer Care Executive Responsibilities**:

- Conduct CSI (customer satisfaction) survey calls post sale.
- Call customers during the post-sale lifecycle at regular intervals.
- Facilitate group wide retention strategies based on our OEM sales targets.
- Develop retention strategies based on customer and OEM feedback.
- Negotiate with customers to renew contracts and retain business.
- Work collaboratively with our General Managers to conduct retention activity that is bespoke to their customer base.
- Present customer behaviour reports.
- Build positive relationships with customers and business associates.

**Customer Care Executive Requirements**:

- Automotive sales experience is ideal, otherwise experience in sales, marketing, or related field.
- Call centre/ phone experience.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Advanced communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong numeracy
- Empathy and patience.
- Advanced organisational skills.

37.5 hours per week, £22,000 basic salary OTE £30,500

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to £30,500.00 per year
