**WOW FACTOR**:An exciting opportunity to work for an industry-leading, global logistics specialist with over 35 year's experience**JOB ROLE**:Sales Ledger /Accounts Receivable Clerk** JOB TYPE: 3 month FTC - ASAP START COMPANY**:A well-established logistics company committed to delivering outstanding customer service**HOURS**:Monday-Friday, 08:30am - 5:30pm - **HYBRID WORKING SALARY**:£25,000* pro rata** LOCATION**:Amazing headquarters just 20 minutes from Cambridge**DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO**: - Submitting customer jobs through bespoke ERP via "Ready For Invoicing" - ensuring prompt internal departmental communications at all times to achieve deadlines - Validating customer invoices through Sage X3 - issuing backing reports as required - Investigating and resolving customer queries - Performing account reconciliations as required to ensure all files and records are accurate and up to date at all times - New customer set ups - including credit checks **SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED**: - Highly Organised and a keen attention to detail - Numeric, with strong communication skills both written and verbal - Personable and professional - A positive, "can do" approach to work - Ability to work to tight deadlines and balance multiple priorities - Comfortable working independently and as part of a team Office Angels acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and an employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
