**Company Description**

Culina Logistics is the leading 3rd party UK logistics business specialising in chilled warehousing providing an excellent platform for food and drink manufactures.

We are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic, driven and dedicated **Customer Service Administrator** to work in our Customer Service Team, based at our Market Drayton office, on a full time permanent contract.

**Hours**:4 on 4 off days, 6am - 6pm

**Salary**: £22,110.40 per annum

**The role holder will be responsible for but not limited to the following**:

- Answering calls for both internal and external personnel
- Problem solving for client, customer and Internal departments
- Meeting customer and client expectations
- Resolving customer and client queries
- Collating accurate information for client KPI packs and internal business reporting
- Maintain a high level of customer/ client focus
- Provide various reports for clients in a timely manner

**Qualifications**

**Preferred skills**:

- Experience not essential, full training will be provided
- Passion for delivering an exceptional customer service experience
- Attention to detail
- Adaptability
- Computer skills desirable
- Confident in both written and verbal communication
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Capable of working independently or as part of a team
