**Job Duties as their Logistics Supervisor**:

- Effectively manage the team - ensure they are in line with company policies and procedures. Provide leadership, motivation, and support to ensure the team feel supported in their roles and can work effectively. To ensure any issues which would effect thisare escalated.
- Identify monitor and resolve gaps in processed by using problem-solving tools and techniques.
- Ensure the team are motivated to achieve their KPIS which covers Goods In and Goods Out.
- Conduct monthly stock takes - which will be conducted on the first working day of each month
- Develop & implement training & development plans for all TM's, ensuring 3x3 minimum across all processes.
- Demonstrate great customer service skills and ensure a customer focus mentality is instilled within the team
- Drive adherence to Health & Safety procedures as well as other company procedures and policies always
- Assist with physical inventory checks (PI Counts) in line with PI schedule
- Ensure back order status escalated daily to Logistics and Planning Manager

- If you have worked as a Logistics Co-Ordinator/ Supervisor in a fast-paced environment
- Have strong interpersonal skills, logical mindset, and target driven.
- Have a desire and willingness to lead and learn with a positive can-do attitude
- Good IT Skills
- Excellent Time Management
- Experience Managing/ Supervising a team is desirable but not essential
