**About being a Recruitment Consultant**

Join our **#OneBlueFamily** at our well established **Norwich branch** to grow and take ownership of a **warm catering and hospitality desk placing temporary staff** with clients in the **Ipswich area.**

As a Recruitment Consultant you are supported by our advanced technology systems. At Blue Arrow **we embrace blended working and offer our people the freedom to work from home for a proportion of their week.** We are also committed to maximising wellbeing which is why we have a dedicated Out Of Hours service that can support our Operational teams when it's time to switch off.

**Some of your day-to-day responsibilities as **a Recruitment Consultant **will include**:

- Proactively developing new and existing catering business by identifying and establishing client relationships
- Business to business sales activities
- Client visits in the Ipswich area so you will need to drive with your own car
- Marketing, advertising and working to sales targets
- Sourcing and recruiting temporary catering and hospitality staff
- Service management - compliance, payroll, administration, updating systems
- You will be supported by a very experienced Branch Manager and team
