**The role in a nutshell**:
We are looking for a Projects Administrator to join our growing European Casting team.

As a Projects Administrator at Kin + Carta Europe you will have the opportunity to acquire well-rounded business operational experience at our fast-growth, people-first, technology company. You will be working as part of a lean, highly focused European Operations team at the epicentre of our business, to facilitate the optimal staffing of delivery teams across our portfolio of client projects, ensuring strategic consideration is made for People, Product and Profit.

Reporting into the Operations Senior, you will support the efficient running and coordination of the day-to-day casting function servicing 300+ client-facing staff across multiple in-flight projects. With new projects requiring new teams starting every month, you'll feel energised to work within this fast paced, ever-changing environment providing a fantastic opportunity for you to learn quickly and grow at Kin + Carta.

- To be agile business partners to Practice Operations leaders. Continually optimising our processes, tools & service models to fit with the changing needs of our business.
- To use data to drive our decisions-making and enable agility.

**What you can expect**:

- You will be responsible for the administration of timely and accurate information within our professional services automation tool, Force (full training will be given).
- Working alongside our sales and delivery teams to upload key information to the Force system.
- Supporting and maintaining dashboards and reporting across the operational function of the casting and delivery teams
- Sitting within our wider internal operations team, you will work within a multidisciplinary network of proactive individuals focussed on driving the efficient and scalable operations at Kin + Carta Europe.

**Skills**
- Administrative and data entry experience
- Highly organised
- Excellent verbal / written interpersonal communication
- Effective prioritisation and management of competing workload demands
- Commercially aware approach to solving problems and knowing when to escalate
- Ideally experience working with a CRM tool (ideally Saleforce PSA)
- Extremely confident using spreadsheets (Excel) and G-suite
