Seeking out and attracting new vendors and landlords
- Answer calls and deal with administration and marketing
- Registering applicants and identifying their needs/requirements
- Arranging and attending viewings, fully prepared to answer any questions relating to the property
- Negotiating offers, achieving the best price for the property
- Guiding vendors/landlords and buyers/tenants through the sales or letting process
- Provide exceptional client service

**Person Specification**:
To be considered for the Sales/Lettings Negotiator role you must have previous Property Negotiator experience from the UK. In addition, you must possess the following key skills and experience:

- Highly motivated and target driven with a strong desire to succeed
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to control negotiations
- Experienced in sales

**Salary**: £24,653.00-£28,432.00 per year
