**Building Services Coordinator**

**Job Summary**

As a Building Services Coordinator, you will work across projects providing technical support to our site teams, to ensure that Building Services are designed, installed and commissioned to required standards, and in a timely and efficient manner. This role will involve 2-3 days travel to UK and/or RoI on a weekly basis, as well as opportunity for flexible working

Reporting to: Building Services Lead

**Main Responsibilities**
- Managing delivery of utilities to meet programme constraints
- Managing pre-construction activities/deliverables associated with the MEP sub-contract
- Ensuring coordination with other design disciplines
- Ensuring BWIC detailing is accurate and timely
- Sound commercial acumen
- Supporting excellence in health and safety standards
- Managing technical approvals to ensure compliance
- Monitoring progress against programme
- Providing technical support to site teams with regards to MEP sub-contract
- Ensuring contractual requirements are fulfilled
- Adding value to project delivery
- Ensuring systems are commissioned in a timely manner and in line with industry standards
- Preparation and presentation of all necessary MEP related documents required for successful project handover
- Weekly travel to sites across UK and/or RoI
- Strong drive for continuous improvement
- Adherance to all Company Policies

**Skills & Experience Required**
- Self-starter able to work within a team
- Relevant qualification (Degree/HND) in Building Services/Architectural Engineering and/or time served apprenticeship
- 6+ years industry experience
- Independent working and drive for results
- Knowledge of building process and various building components
- Excellent time management
- Good communication skills
- Demonstrate strong Microsoft Office knowledge.
