Facilities and Maintenance Officer - Full or part time opportunities available

Activate Learning are looking to expand our Property & Environment team across our colleges in Surrey. As part of this, we are now recruiting for Property and Environment Officers to join our existing teams, with opportunities based at Farnham College or Guildford College.
In this role, you will ensure that the College buildings, facilities and grounds provide a safe, clean and secure environment that supports teaching and learning. No two days will be the same, from unlocking the site, to conducting office moves, to repair jobs, or painting and decorating.

What do you need to be a successful Property and Environment Officer at Activate Learning?*
You will bring a positive, solution focussed attitude and work well in a team to deliver a customer focused facilities support service. You will be a good problem solver with the ability to think on your feet.
You will have previous experience in a property and estates role, with the ability to carry out maintenance tasks and an understanding of Health and Safety procedures.
