**About the role: Property and Environment Officer**
Activate Learning are looking to expand our Property & Environment team across our colleges in Surrey. As part of this, we are now recruiting for Property and Environment Officers to join our existing teams, with opportunities based at Farnham College.
In this role, you will ensure that the College buildings, facilities and grounds provide a safe, clean and secure environment that supports teaching and learning. No two days will be the same, from unlocking the site, to conducting office moves, to repairjobs, or painting and decorating.
**Permanent, full-time role**
**Salary**:£23,135 - £25,174 per annum, depending on skills and experience
**Location**: Farnham College, Farnham, Surrey, GU9 8LU
**What do you need to be a successful Property and Environment Officer at Activate Learning?**
You will bring a positive, solution focussed attitude and work well in a team to deliver a customer focused facilities support service. You will be a good problem solver with the ability to think on your feet.
**About you**:
- Ability to carry out general maintenance tasks/DIY experience
- Understanding of Health and Safety procedures
- Previous experience in a property and estates role is desirable, but not essential
