Our Client, OneSubsea / Schlumberger, are currently recruiting a Project Administrator to start ASAP for a 1 year contract.

Hybrid role: 2 days at home /3 days in the office

The Project Administrator (PA) role assists Project Co-ordinators (PC) and Project Managers (PM) in the execution of business projects and assists the Field Services Supervisor in the production of field services documentation. The PA will maintain general project documentation such as project schedules, progress updates, and project action registers on behalf of PCs and PMs and will occasionally take responsibility for co-ordinating and reporting progress on one or more small scopes of work. The PA will interface directly with internal departments, management, clients, and other third parties as required. The PA will also take a lead role in administration of the company returns (RAN) process, co-ordinating product returns from customer and OneSubsea/Schlumberger sites globally

Work closely with PCs and PMs to support the successful execution of business projects in line with applicable project management standards and techniques;
Maintain a good working knowledge of the scopes, schedules, and overall progress of several projects simultaneously;
Prepare, maintain, and submit key project documents (such as schedules, action registers and progress updates) to clients and third parties, sometimes acting as the primary point of contact;
Assist with the procurement of project-related equipment and services;
Communicate regularly with multiple internal functions to obtain updates on project progress;
Attend client-facing meetings as required to support the project;
Assist the Field Services team with the co-ordination of their activities, including quoting, invoicing, preparation of pre
- and post-job documentation, field equipment/tooling preparation, and scheduling field activities with the client;
Take a lead role in the processing of product returns from client and OneSubsea/SLB sites worldwide in line with the company returns (RAN) process, including arranging/authorizing return shipment, quoting, internal progress tracking, progress reporting to client, shipping and invoicing;
Demonstrate full commitment to HSE at all times and promote this throughout all project teams and business functions.

**Desirable**:
Entry-level project management qualification

Educated to UK HNC level in relevant discipline

Microsoft Excel qualification

Microsoft Project qualification

**Essential**:
Excellent written and oral communication

Working in a customer-facing role

Excellent personal organisation

Comfortable working to tight deadlines

Working under own initiative with mínimal supervision

**Desirable**:
Some knowledge of project management methods

Working in an engineering/manufacturing environment

Understanding of Purchase Orders essential and good customer facing skills.

Manufacturing industry experience desirable.
