We are now seeking a Senior Scientist to join us on a permanent, full-time basis at the prestigious National Innovation Campus at Sci-Tech Daresbury.

**The Role**
As a Senior Scientist, you will oversee the delivery of in vitro studies for clients from a range of sectors.
Specifically, you will be responsible for the integrity of scientific and technical conduct of in vitro contract and sub-contract testing, ensuring the validity of all analyses and results.
Overseeing compliance across the study lifecycle, you will ensure all activities comply with SOPs, GLP principles, Test Guidelines and regulatory requirements.
Some of your duties will include:

- Approving study plans and reports
- Acting as Study Director for regulatory testing and for non-regulatory or bespoke in vitro safety and efficacy studies
- Advising clients including the interpretation of test results
- Staying up to date with developments in the field of in vitro toxicology
- Contributing ideas to support the expansion of our testing portfolio
- Supporting some of our R&D activities
**About You**
To join us as our Senior Scientist, you will need:

- A minimum of two years’ experience of directing in vitro testing to OECD Test Guidelines, such as skin and eye irritation/corrosion, skin sensitisation and genotoxicity, including interpretation of scientific data
- Experience of MHRA inspections
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication
- Exceptional interpersonal and teamworking skills
