**HR Placement Student**

**To be successful in this role you will need the following**:

- **We are looking for a wide range of applicants studying toards a Bachelor or Master's degree in Human Resources or Business Management with modules in Human Resources.**
- **The ability to be a team player as well as good use of initiative; with excellent communication skills both written and verbal are required**
- **PC skills, e.g. Microsoft Office will prove advantageous, particularly in Excel.**
- **Has experience in, and can demonstrate, relevant examples of Cummins core values e.g. voluntary work, community involvement activities, working with disadvantaged groups, charity related support, delivering superior results, teamwork, competencies and outside education experiences.**
