That’s what \ is all about.We are looking for an enthusiastic Supply Chain Placement Student to join our team specializing in Supply Chain for our Business Unit in Daventry. During your placement with us, you will learn how a major global organization operates, gaining the tools and exposure you will need to become an expert in the industry and power your potentialThis role is available to candidates who qualify for a placement year and will commence Summer of 2026We are seeking a motivated placement student to join our team and support the delivery of a high-profile project. This role offers exposure to senior stakeholders within the business, plenty of cross-functional collaboration and the opportunity to contribute to a meaningful Supply Chain initiative.ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:Program Management Support - Work closely with Program Leader to drive progress across the team.Team Engagement - Liaise with Core Team Functional Leaders to track updates, highlight progress and identify issues or risks to delivery of the projectKPI & Reporting - Monitor Key Performance Indicators to identify areas for improvement and action plansStakeholder communication - Assist in creating high quality presentations - ensuring clarity & impact.Analytics - Use common processes tools, and information systems to enable supply chain analysis. Provide analytical support to one or more functional areasDeveloping and delivering multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences.Optimize work processes - Seeking the most effective and efficient processes to get things done, with a focus on continuous improvement.QualificationsTo be successful in this role you will need the following:Currently studying towards a degree in Business, Supply Chain, Project Management or a related fieldAnalytical thinking - Ability to interpret data, provide insights and present information in a clear, concise and visually appealing way.Teamwork, Collaboration and Problem SolvingInterest in End-to-End supply chains - A real drive to under how supply chains operate and the value this drives to the businessUnderstanding of Project Management Principals - either through university projects or extracurricular activitiesClosing date: Friday 26th December at 11:59pmJob Supply Chain PlanningOrganization Cummins Inc.Role Category On-site with FlexibilityJob Type Student - Cooperative/12 Month PlacementReqID 2421448Relocation Package No100% On-Site No
