**Arcade Host (Customer Service)**

Responsibilities Include:

- Ensure that all guests coming into your arcade are treated with the best customer service possible and all leave feeling the magic
- Ensure the arcade is clean, tidy and presentable at all times.
- Ensure all machines are fully stocked and working correctly. To report any and all faults.
- Carry out the daily checks and report as required.

All Applicants MUST:

- Have great customer service and communication skills and a positive, outgoing personality.
- Be honest, reliable, responsible individuals with a strong work ethic.
- Be available weekdays and/or weekends - including Public holidays.
- Be able to follow instructions and comply with ALL company standards.
