ROLE**:PMO Analyst**

LOCATION**:Remote + very occasional on-site visit (Midlands)**

SALARY**:£40,000 - £50,000 + benefits**

START DATE**:ASAP start**

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

This role will support the Head of Transformation to communicate and build commitment to a shared vision and sense of purpose, aiding in the decision making to the people in charge in different levels of management.

**ESSENTIAL SKILLS**
- Work with business areas to identify and categorise new projects. Establish the project processes and standards for managing the project portfolio pipeline.
- Co-ordinate Business Case production by project teams ensuring appropriate specialist input and timing of approval through governance framework, provide best practice advice and guidance (supporting the business to produce high quality inputs that demonstrateROI and strategic fit).
- Excellent stakeholder engagement skills - able to assess situations with a tailored approach for stakeholders at various levels and in different areas of the organisation

**DESIRABLE SKILLS**
- Experience working in Gaming, B2C, Online and E-Commerce sectors advantageous
