Our team consists of highly-skilled cross-functional consultants, analysts, and support staff.Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Unifier Specialists to support the implementation, configuration, and optimisation of Oracle Primavera Unifier within a large and complex programme environment. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise across project management, business analysis, and PMO functions, with additional experience in Aconex considered a significant advantage.Key Responsibilities:Configure, customise, and maintain Oracle Primavera Unifier modules to support project lifecycle management, including cost controls, scheduling, workflows, reporting, and documentation.Act as the primary liaison between project teams, technical teams, and business stakeholders to ensure effective requirements gathering and solution delivery.Support end-to-end project controls, including cost management, risk tracking, change control, procurement, and contract administration.Develop functional specifications, process maps, and documentation for Unifier workflows and integrations.Lead or support data migration, system testing, UAT, and deployment activities.Establish and maintain PMO standards, governance, reporting frameworks, and dashboards.Provide BA support including requirements elicitation, gap analysis, process improvement, and stakeholder alignment.Deliver user training, troubleshooting, and ongoing support.If experienced, leverage Aconex for document control, workflows, and integration with Unifier.Essential Skills & Experience:Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Primavera Unifier (configuration, workflows, reports, governance).Solid understanding of project controls such as cost, schedule, risk, and change management.Background in Project Management, PMO, or Business Analysis within large-scale programmes.Ability to analyse complex processes and translate them into clear Unifier configurations.Experience working with multi-disciplinary teams and senior stakeholders.Strong documentation, communication, and governance skills.Desirable Skills:Experience with Aconex (document management, workflows, integration).Knowledge of construction, engineering, infrastructure, or capital delivery environments.Understanding of integration approaches and data flows between project control systems.Ideal Candidate Profile:An analytical thinker with strong attention to detail.Someone who has supported or led Unifier implementations in complex environments.Comfortable bridging the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders.A proactive problem solver with strong PMO or project controls experience.Benefits:Join a rapidly expanding start-up where personal growth is a part of our DNA.
