**You will**:

- be supporting residents and service users in care homes and at home.
- be assisting with personal care,
- you may be asked:

- to support with medication,
- assist with meals and daily needs of the service users.
- Helping with domestic duties as required.

- Complete daily notes, either via in house record systems, mobile phone app, or paper-based notes.
