**Resource Planner & Job Scheduler**

**Glasgow**

**£25K to £30K Basic + Benefits**

With their own modern and highly technical fleet of vehicles, they pride themselves on their professionalism, dedication, hard work, and capability to provide high-access cleaning solutions that very few others can match.

**Due to their success, and continued expansion, they are looking to attract an experienced resource planner & job scheduler to join their head office team in Glasgow and assume responsibility for the following**:

- Manage new and scheduled maintenance jobs and allocate to the correct engineer based on location, skill, priority, and customer requirements
- Effective management and planning of works, through on-going communication with operatives and use of their job management software
- Controlling and planning an agreed amount of resource (vehicles, operatives) to ensure the daily plan is completed in real time, managing resources effectively and maximising utilisation
- Utilise in-house planning tools and systems to manage workload and monitor efficiency
- Develop good working relationships with customers, keeping them fully informed and react positively and speedily to their needs
- Escalate customer complaints when necessary and report any scheduling issues to the management team
- Constantly communicate with customers & operatives to ensure KPI's and targets are achieved and maintained

**The successful applicant will likely possess the following skills, experience, and personal attributes**:

- Experience in resource planning and job scheduling
- Proficient IT skills, ideally with experience of using a job scheduling software package
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong working relationships with colleagues and clients alike
- Ability to plan ahead and work on your own initiative
- A positive, enthusiastic, and forward-thinking approach
