Alloga UK provides supply chain solutions for healthcare manufacturers. It is a highly successful, rapidly growing Company that provides a range of warehousing and distribution services to an increasing number of companies, specialising in pharmaceutical, healthcare, veterinary, medical device, and consumer products. Alloga UK support some of the largest blue-chip pharmaceutical companies operating in the UK.

What will you do?

Reporting to the Marketing & Communications Manager, you will be responsible for implementing effective activities internally and externally with the aim of supporting our staff recruitment and retention. Utilise external communication channels and create a variety of internal and external events to raise awareness of Alloga UK as a leading employer in our local community

Key Responsibilities.
- Organise internal events covering a variety of topics with the aim of increasing staff retention and recruitment
- Raise awareness of these events internally and externally through key channels such as communications boards, TV screens, social media and more
- Organise / support external events, for example exhibitions / charity events
- Work closely with several internal stakeholders to communicate news, events and key topics to the wider business
- Identify new opportunities to communicate with staff members alongside maintaining existing channels
- Identify, create and implement new internal communications campaigns
- Working with the Marketing & Communications Manager on internal communications initiatives from the wider group
- Hold regular engagement events with internal staff members with the objective of improving our employee experience
- Support the Marketing and Communications Manager with external communications including using the Company website and social media such as LinkedIn and Facebook to ensure accurate, up to date and refreshed content is available
- Propose improvements to our current communications activity. Assist the wider Communications and Marketing team when needed for support in communications via internal methods, Teams Live Events, etc
- Raise the profile of the Alloga UK brand in our local community

Key Skills & Attributes;
- Educated to degree level and experience of digital marketing or events
- Working knowledge of social media
- Highly competent in office computer packages

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £26,000.00 per year
